It’s a new month and it is time for something new! Have I told you that I love colours? Especially food!
Here I have is potato strips with carrot strips and sliced big onion. I know, there are a lot of stripping here.
The ingredients for this dish are:
A few garlic cloves
Half a potato (one if yours is tiny, because mine is huge)
A quarter of carrot
A big onion
Okay, it’s really simple, strip them all! Well, just the potato and the carrot, as thin as the ones in the photo. Chop the garlic cloves. Then slice the onions and separate the rings from one another.
Here comes the cooking part. Heat up some oil, pour in the chopped garlic cloves, fry till slightly brown then throw in the potato strips, fry it for about 2-3 minutes, depending on the thickness. After that, put in the onion and carrot, fry them for one two minutes then add a pinch of salt, mix well, add some water and leave it until it’s boiled. Finally, it’s ready to be served!
