Tomato in a cup

The hot weather is treating you badly? You have just had a heavy meal and need to cool down? Here is probably the quickest drink/snack you can make. Not to mention the nutrition and vitamins that come along with it!

All you need is:
A tomato (prefered cold from the fridge)
A slice of lemon

Take the tomato, cut it into slices, put the slices in a bowl and squash them till they are drinkable. Then pour it into a cup. Get a slice of lemon or half a slice if you can’t stand the sourness, squeeze the juice into the cup and mix well. And there you go! You can add a couple cubes of ice for the chill.

Tasty, cooling and easy!
